Schools are obliged to comply with the DfE guidance for schools’ equalities which can be found here

Equality objectives are agreed by Oakwood's Local Academy Board and monitored annually. Schools are required to publish their equality objectives every four years and annually publish equality information. This includes information regarding protected characteristics, disabilities (including accessibility planning) and the public sector equality duty.
