As we wrap up this exciting first half-term, I’m delighted to share just how much our school community has achieved together. From our Reception videography experience, after-school club developments and rich curriculum experiences Oakwood continues to be a place where curiosity, creativity, and care flourish.

Our curriculum remains rich and engaging, and I’m proud of how our children embrace every challenge with enthusiasm. Each day is filled with Oakwood Opportunities – moments that spark joy, learning, and growth. To our brilliant children – thank you for ‘Being Better Every Day’ and for following our school rules to be ‘Ready, Respectful, and Safe’. You make Oakwood the special place it is, and we are so proud of each and every one of you. It’s been a pleasure to see you approach challenges and opportunities so willingly this half-term and because of this, we’ve embraced: Kindness week, Harvest giving, Student Ambassadors and School council elections! I can’t wait to see where the year takes us all next! 🌟
